Basic Obedience 10 Week Course

This is a 30 minute 10 week course that allows most pet owners to gain a good understanding of their dogs basic behavior and obedience. People interested in any type of competition or work with their dogs should take our 1 hour classes.

AKC Canine Good Citizen+ Prep Course 10 week

We offer a comprehensive basic obedience course that includes 10 one hour once weekly sessions. This course covers relationship building, name, recall, sit, down, no command, begins stay duration, crate skills, skills for focus and muscle development that lead to better progress in advanced obedience, loose leash walking and begins working with some distractions. We also help with behavior issues as needed during this course. $1000.00 It is common for dogs and their handlers to be ready to complete the AKC CGC Certification after completing this course.

Advanced obedience 10 week

We offer a 10 week advanced obedience course that adds additional off leash reliability, longer duration stays, additional work with bigger distractions and public outings. Additional skills preferred vary by customer and may begin here as well to help prepare your dog for sports or real world working dog applications. $1500.00

30 Week Service Dog course

Our 30 week Service dog training package includes the obedience, public manners and works or tasks that your dog needs to be prepared to assist you with your disability. It is divided into three separate 10 week courses in order to allow your dog to mature as they learn their job. When your dog is ready to pass our strict evaluation and you as a team can pass the public access test, you can earn our Mill-Sec K9 Service Dog training completion certificate. $5000

3 or 6 Week Board & Training

We offer a three and a six week board and train option. If your dog has no training this will be a basic obedience boot camp; For dogs that already have some level of training we pickup at whatever level your dog has and progress as far as possible in the time we have them working toward your end goal. Additional months are available for any level of training in many different training disciplines. Our board and train option is $1500.00 for 3 weeks or $2500.00 for 6weeks.

Raising your puppy

Our 5 week puppy course is designed for puppies ages 8-14 weeks and includes how to recognize unwanted behaviors and correcting them, potty and crate training, foundation to obedience commands (Sit/Down/Come/Goto-Bed/), grooming, relationship building and basics to building a food drive.

Behavior Modification

In the event you have serious behavior issues such as serious aggression you need to resolve we offer a 10 week behavior class package for $2000.00; Evaluation required: $250.00; Individual sessions purchased outside of our package are $250.

We also offer board and training for aggressive dogs for $5000.00 per month.

Mill-Sec K9 Service Dog Training Certificate

We offer a service dog evaluation that will test your dog on obedience, public access and taskwork skills. This Certificate is designed for teams that feel their dog is fully trained, but would like to have the backing of a trainer. We are strict, but if your dog fails we are here to help you and your dog to complete the necessary training. Our goal is to ensure you and your dog are successful and have the skills you need to properly utilize your service dog in diverse situations. Passing our evaluation includes our support in court should the need arise and you are ever denied public access. This test costs $250.00
